Claire Tian
Claire’s yoga journey started in 2010. She initially came to yoga for injury recovery, and over time, she discovered the transformative power of yoga that goes far beyond the physical benefits. Yoga has helped Claire cultivate inner strength, self-awareness, and a sense of belonging on and off the mat. Inspired by this holistic approach to wellness, Claire has been teaching yoga and fitness classes since 2017. She enjoys sharing this practice with children and adults of all ages, and encourages everyone to find their own unique and meaningful experiences with yoga. In her class, she focuses on building the mind-body connection through breathing exercises, clear alignment cues, and energetic music.
Claire completed her 500-hour teacher training at Down Under School of Yoga and CorePower Yoga. She became a certified children's yoga instructor through KidPowerment Yoga and is currently working on her meditation certification through Aura Wellness Center. Claire also holds a master’s degree in Health Informatics and Analytics from Tufts University, so when she is not teaching yoga, she works as an IT Business Analyst at Boston Children’s Hospital.
